Is there any info/video to help less experienced players share ice with better players?

my group has great attendance but it's the weaker skaters who seem to determine the outcome

thx

I don’t get the question. Are you talking about in a game? At a Gretzky hour/open ice?

Why is there such a disparity in skill levels?

It's a 5:15am ice, and yes a few players are weak. I would like to improve there skills and teach etiquette like offsides (clear the zone, don't touch the puck and keep playing), keeping sticks down, how to avoid tripping others, the proper stick check, or icing as we don't use referees.
